i have used a very similar approach, and i have lost 50 pounds in 2 months, with zero exercise.
try different times for omad - right after waking up til 3-4 hrs latest before bedtime. and anytime between. have it in a from 1-3 window. everyone is different. took me months to find my perfect window. usually 4pm or so i sit down for an hour, hourhalf and eat (mostly carnivore) until i am full. some days dryer some days wetter fast in between. depends on the weather and physical. some days i have black coffee, or mate or guayusa tea for a little energy boost
