I’ve practiced fasting for about three decades. I’ve never used fasting for weight loss. In all fasting, everything improves together – the physical, emotional and psychological states.
Dry fasting is different and incredibly more powerful than water fasting. Go slow and enjoy it all. Every little bit is worth it.
Look, I know this will make very little sense but for me what helped was taking care of it gut, cutting gluten, later eating raw carrots every day (100g) and don’t use any stimulants like coffee. Fasting didn’t do anything for me on this matter.
