How does that work? Say it takes you an hour to eat, and you finish eating at 8pm. The next day, you eat at noon, and finish at 1pm. Your next meal will then be at 7am. Ends at 8am. So the next one is at… 2am?
I mean, ok, but doesn’t that get confusing and impractical?
If you can consume the amount of calories your body needs ro sustain itself in one meal and are okay with it, then I’ll say hey stay hydrated throughout the day and by all means do you. That’s quite the meal IMO unless you’re on some ultra caloric deficit
