Looking for some advice & motivation. After having my son my bmi is 31. 5"4 female. The past month I've been doing keto and a very low calorie deficit & working up intermitted fasting & after my most recent 48 hour fast I realised I could probably go a lot longer. Which is perfect - because I have a wedding in late July... looking to loose a large amount of weight in short amount of time. Already lost 20 lbs the last 3 weeks - so motivated to keep going! I just bought this electrolyte today... would I still need a Potassium and Magnesium supplement?
I'm going to start with 10 days & see how I feel... I also will have my sons 1st birthday in that time so I might break fast to celebrate 🍾 😍
Looking to loose another 60lbs by late july! Tell me it's possible!
I booked some yoga classes for March & will be doing lots of long dog walks and carrying around my chonky bebe is a workout in itself - as well I'm a p/t waitress at a busy restaurant- so I'll definitely need energy... which is why I thought going full on fast vs super low calorie deficit might be easier? I noticed I felt worse when I was eating 600 calories keto high nutrient dense food rather than just eating nothing at all 🤷🏼♀️
Also considered rolling 48s rolling 72s...
Thoughts on my plan, goal & these electrolytes & any other supplements that can aide in this endeavor.
Oh ... also... would taking hydroxicut be a bad idea 😬 ?

Answer
12 pounds a month for 5 months is super aggressive, now that you’ve gotten past the dramatic losses that are possible in the first several weeks.
I’m 5’11 and have been doing rolling 68s for 3 weeks, and my losses have very much slowed down - I’m fact, I had no loss for the fast of three days that ended this evening. (As women our hormonal cycles play a big role. I’m hoping the scale will budge again in another week or so.)
YMMV, but I don’t see this rolling schedule as a viable long term solution for me, and I’ve only been able to keep it up by seriously keeping my exercise very low. I plan to return to OMAD soon.
