Electrolytes are out of control!

I mean…it’s such a buzzword at this point now it’s crazy! I bought a 10 pack of those powder ones for $20! That’s probably the same cost as 3x bottles of multivitamins. Does anyone have their diy solution for this? Would taking separate supplements do the trick?

I use LO-Salt only. Our local brand is “Seltin”, and the packing says:

50% Salt
40% Potassium chloride
9% Magnesium sulfate
0.00005% Iodine

Generous pinch goes into all drinks. Works amazing. Ran out two days ago, and was starting to see minor cramps and increased hunger after only 12 hrs. I originally got this advice from Snake Diet YT-channel.

Dang, that’s $2 per serving and most don’t have all the ones you need! I take these electrolyte capsules which have 6 of the major electrolytes plus b/vitamins at only .50 serving.
