There’s also some multifaceted aspects that get under considered. You’re just not focused on food, the next meal, prepping, cooking, cleaning-up, etc all the time. That’s a lot of mental bandwidth for other things in our lives.
I’d argue that’s been more impactful, at least for me, than any ‘fat adaption’ ‘hormones’ physiological change. Though I do think that being more mindful of essential nutrition has improved my day to day energy and such.
