I’ve never heard of re feeding after such a short fast.I’ve done tons of 48s and 72s and never had to have a re feed plan. Just ate as normal. Only time I’ve done te feeds is on longer fasts like when I did a 21 day. I reallydon’t think this is necessary at all. But I’m sure someone will correct me! Lol
