End long water fast

Hi! Currently on hour 48 ish of my first long water fast, the plan is to re feed early Thursday, so around 100 hrs and wanting to hear from you guys how your experience have been. Thinking of eating a couple of eggs, later that day , about 2-3 ours , have a snack of nuts and maybe finish the day with a avocado and some olive oil. The next day planning of having a similar eat plan with and added broth or just chicken/ meat. For the third day I have absolutely no idea about what yo eat, can I have a normal calory intake , pre fast for me about 2.8 - 3 k calories. Or is it to soon ?

I’ve never heard of re feeding after such a short fast.I’ve done tons of 48s and 72s and never had to have a re feed plan. Just ate as normal. Only time I’ve done te feeds is on longer fasts like when I did a 21 day. I reallydon’t think this is necessary at all. But I’m sure someone will correct me! Lol
