Can hardly walk without almost immediately losing my breath and having to take a minute squatting. Lots of heavy breathing if I have to do anything at all. Pretty thin but face has a kind of sculpted smoothness to it. Stink like rot, no matter how much I wash. Really tense deep abdominals—upward dog helps, but ideally warm baths just make it relax and I can just run more hot water and stay there for an hour, wish I had a pilates ball to lean my back over, that would stretch them out good, also a hot water bottle on them helps a lot. I’ve had the chills every day of the fast, which is my body just shaking things out really. I’ve loved my cold plunges in the streams and rivers while doing this but at this point the chills they bring on leave my tummy really tense and painful, so I’ll leave those out today. Never enjoyed both hot baths and cold swims more than I have on this fast. It’s been really tough, but I hope I’ll see some healing as I recover now. Been getting so much research done for my diet though it’s been great. Got blood clots on my elbows just from leaning on the inside of the car door lol— but they rubbed out in warm water. Hardly slept at all these last few days but can’t believe I’m at the end. Bring me some sweet delicious cool mineral water, and then bring on the juice please!

Congrats man, stronger than most. Isnt it weird to think back when you staryed and 3 days seemed impossible even 12 days water fasting seemed impossible when I started.
By the way how did you find the boredom ?
Answer
I admire your mental game, especially in the face of these challenges. You must have a very strong healing motivation to go for such a long time. I tend to have trouble sleeping from day 2 and basically don’t sleep at all from day 5 on. Recharging with meditations is basically what keeps me alive, the lack of sleep still gets me at ~7 days tho. I’m still thinking of doing 11days, but mostly for spiritual reasons nowadays. I’ve had do a fair bit of healing over the years and pretty much went all in on fasting (e.g. fasted close to 100days total in 2020)
During my last 2 dry fasts (7days) I finally reached a point where my tongue fully cleared up and my breath and body odor were pretty much neutral. I took that as a sign to stop pushing my body unnecessarily, but I’m still keen on doing 11 days somehow, not sure why, just a gut feeling haha
Big probs to you!
