EPA/DHA ratio in Smoked Salmon?

I frequently buy the [Acme](https://www.acmesmokedfish.com/bhb-smoked-salmon-16) Smoked Salmon at Costco, so I emailed the manufacturer last week inquiring in regard to the EPA+DHA content in their product. They responded stating that each 2oz serving provides 1,100 mg of Omega 3-s but weren't specific in regards to the EPA/DHA ratio within that amount. Does anyone have any idea what that ratio might be?

Answer

I created this does have Nutritional Food Facts. Salmon has a great amount of omega-3’s; the reason why they don’t mention EPA and DHA a specifically it’s because there’s other Omega 3’s as well.

The most interesting thing I have discovered in researching and gathering this data from USDA recommended daily intake, recommendations, and then scouring actual lab data of food. It was quite an eye-opener. The fats in green are the ones that are essential meaning our bodies do not biosynthesize those fats so we have to consume them and then the ones that are kind of neutral or you can have some negative consequences possibly that’s a yellow and then red as you want to limit and it’s quite an eye-opener to discover that hempseed is humans number one staple diet by a long shot shot.
