Today I am doing a dryfast with no exercise until this evening (maybe)…
I’m curious to see if it’s easier than my normal routine which is exercise in the am then dryfast during the day. However!!!! I seem to keep giving in to water during the day after my workouts.

Just make sure you get enough salt when you are eating and drinking. 1g of salt to 99ml of hot water is a good mixture. Drink it until it tastes disgusting. If you are on low sodium levels then it will start out tasty and slowly lose its attractiveness.
