Good luck everyone. Stay hydrated, and when hunger strikes remind your body there’s a grocery store of food wrapped around your midriff and it can start munching there. Stay strong. As long as you don’t feel sick or are in pain you can push yourself to get over any hurdle. Let’s do this.
I might as well throw my hat in the ring since I was already going to start another till Thanksgiving. I’ve been doing rolling 96 hour fasts and was going to break it today. So after I eat I’m all in till Wednesday/Thursday 🙂 I’ve started drinking 1-2 cups of bone broth each morning of my “fasting” days hope that’s acceptable, I know it’s not a true fast though.
