Don’t focus on the numbers because every body is different. Take each day at a time - often you’ll find that you think you can go longer than you are actually able to. And if you do break early, don’t be hard on yourself because it’s a continuous journey - you can start again
I lost 6 lbs my first 3 days so yes it’s possible. (I started out lower- 174- so you should lose faster.) I’ll know on Tuesday how much I lost my first week. So far, down 7.5. But like someone said, you’ll gain a little when you eat again but not all of it.
