Yep. Last meal was Sunday Evening, had a workout 6AM yesterday as well as 9PM last night. 31hrs so far. About to get up for a Spin class (Les Mills Trip) this morning. You’re fine once acclimated. Longer into my fast I can feel weaker. But I think there’s a mental resiliency that builds up when you push through and train while fasting. I’ve been kinda fat forever and wanted to get shredded for 2023 and so far it’s going well. Good luck!
