My personal approach is to ease on the schedule on the weekends, but still try to eat roughly the same overall. So if I know I’m going out that might mean sticking to a lighter second meal that day and little to no snacking. I find this is a nice way to keep it rolling but still incorporate life, which ultimately needs to be the end goal any ways.
there are 2 aspect to IF. 1. time range 2. how many times u eat. i focus on the how many times i eat rather than time.
i am a person with very poor will power. if i let go oh boy! i LET GO!
so i don’t see why u can’t carry on over the weekend and change the times.
that’s what i do as i have same issues with friends. i restrict to 1 big meal n 1 or 2 small meals.
