Eat if you’re hungry, don’t of you’re not. But seriously.make sure you get fluids and electrolytes.
I am doing a nine-day 20:4 fast period to kick off the year before switching to 20:4 on Tues/Thurs and 36hr on Saturday (which is my resolution for the year). Was going to start yesterday but woke up and felt absolutely awful after the NYE party and needed to take paracetemol; no way I couldn’t eat, so I started today instead.
Alcohol really messes up your electrolytes, your water, everything. I personally don’t think it’s a super good idea to be fasting in addition to all that. If you still feel hungover personally I’d wait until tomorrow to start.
