Like … can you eat a meal and then workout 2 hours later? I mean, yeah. Your body doesn’t know you’re about to embark on a (? 20, 48, 72 hour) fast.
Personally, I just workout whenever I have the time to workout, fasting or not.
Yesterday I stopped eating at 6pm. This morning I went to the gym at 9 am. I lifted weights for a half hour and then did a walk/run for a half hour. I’m not eating again until tomorrow morning.
After breakfast, I’ll go do a class at the Y around 10am, just a few hours after eating.
So … I just workout whenever I can, regardless of my state of fasted/eating.
