fasting and attention span

Ok I love fasting, and I am using it to lose fat and for detoxing effects, however when I try to study (while fasted) I feel as if my mind doesn't have enough energy and I am not able to have great attention and recall things I read. Whenever I don't fast I don't have that problem, has this happened on any of you and how did you deal with it?

Are you eating keto otherwise? Pulling yourself in and out of ketosis means you are never getting fat adapted (a process that can take weeks or longer). Your brain wants that glucose from carbs but since you aren’t eating while fasting, your mind is lagging. If you eat keto, you go through this process/adjustment once instead of pulling yourself in/out with every fast.
