Yeah, I have. I’ve done 22/2 along with keto and had a ton of success controlling binging, but it’s taken about four years and many failures to find a balance, and I still fall off sometimes. I’ve gotten to a point where BED doesn’t control me though—can jump back into my fasting routine without an insane amount of guilt when I slip into my old ways for a day.
It’s NOT a quick fix for an ED and I highly recommend therapy if you haven’t gone that route yet.
