Hi. here's the story:
I fasted for 5 days, went from 130 to 123 lbs. (I was dizzy, lightheaded, out of breath.)
Then I feasted for 3-4 days. (due to my period- wanted to eat. not too much.)
And now I am currently on my 5th day of fasting, and guess what? I am 124.2 lbs. ( I dont feel exhausted, out of breath- rather, I dont feel a thing. No hunger, no fatigue, nothing. Not even the feeling of emptiness or feeling light!)
How is this possible? It blows my mind. Can anyone share their experience of lack of weight loss from fasting? I know it works but for some reason, my current fast is not working. I dont FEEL light. I dont FEEL tired. I dont feel hungry. I'm so frustrated.

Just keep doing your fasts, you’re not going to get your dream body from one or two fasts. Also keep an eye on how much you’re eating when you’re “feasting”. Don’t stress. There’s literally no way you can’t lose weight fasting for 5 day periods unless you overeat during the feasting times.
