I can't fast for too long because then I'll overeat. I know slow and steady wins the race, but sometimes I don't have patience.
My idea? Have a lot of goal weights with a small difference between them and fast towards each of them, then either maintain for a while or keep your deficit.
I've been struggling to get out of 75 kg, so my plan is to fast until 70. Restrict to keep losing a little or maintaining for a while, I don't know yet, but then I'll fast until 67, maintain/ lose slowly, fast until my goal of 65.
I know most people usually go by time (fast for one day, 3 days, a week etc) but I was wondering if anyone else did something similar to this and if so, if it worked out.

Have not taken that approach, but it’s been a thought I’ve had a few times. I might even try it at some point. Seems very doable, with multiple victories along the way. I’m interested in seeing what replies you get.
