Hello there, I’m fasting for weight loss & autophagy and I would have some questions regarding what to consume during the fast or how to supplement it .
I usually take 4 tablets/day of Electrolytes Plus by MyVitamins which help me with dizziness & sleeping problems, but sometimes during the day I feel weak and I was thinking of buying their A-Z multivitamins & vegan omega3 , maybe this could help (?). Usually when I feel like that I drink some coffee with plant-based milk (idk which one is better, I usually use coconut milk with no added sugars) but I’m worried this breaks the autophagy.
Dr. Fung during one podcast talked about how 10cups/day of green tea can greatly improve the weight loss (lose 1 extra kg/ 2pounds), or in alternative the pique tea (crystals of concentrated tea)...but for me 10 cups are too many, and I live in Italy so the costs of the pique tea+shipment is just too much. Is there any cheaper alternative to the pique tea (?) or can matcha tea be considered more effective than the green tea bags ?

Fasting is powerful enough by itself. Anything you add besides electrolytes will only hamper the effects.
In my country (USA) a man suffered total liver failure from drinking 6 cups of green tea a day. The news never reported what actually caused it, whether it was high fluoride levels or some other component. But be careful when taking anything is large doses.
