I did one a few years ago. I’m an atheist, but the mental aspect was amazing. On day 40 I decided I wanted to move across the country. It was like a beam if light from above!!! Actually, I wasn’t even thinking about it…it was a realization that I didn’t belong where I was. I thought to myself, why not? So I sold my house and moved.
