Fasting goals!!!

So I am here again; because I feel ready to start a new weight loss journey! I broke my last dry fast/water fast In the beginning of May . I had lost 20+ lbs . I was 195 and ended up 174 .. It’s been a month + and my body has adapted to faster metabolism bc I have gained only 3lbs this entire Time. Let me tell you .. I eat. MAY was. Dads bday my bday mother day and a few other parties + I went back to my old habits . So now my new weight is 177 and my goal weight is 150 to 145. Because last time I didn’t know what I was doing I’m going to try to go longer periods of times by doing dry fasting with smaller intervals of water fasting. Also try to Omad with healthier non sugary smoothies / salad as I tend to pick sweet or spicy . If anyone wants to join me your more than welcome to start with me. I will start dry fasting today after 5pm. For 3 days.

I am 24 hours dry so far. My goal is 5 days dry cause I want abs for first time in my life. I also now know how to transition back to eating now and continue to still lose weight.I don’t have access to a scale unfortunately so I am judging by my appearance.

Good luck with your dry fast. Is it just weight loss or are you trying to heal something?
