So after about 2 weeks of rolling fasts (24/48 hours) I started having heartburn after about a day or two. The first time, I just ignored it and blamed it on what I ate prior in the week, but after the 2nd and 3rd time, I did a sub search for solutions and saw multiple people talk about taking about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with about a glass of water. Honestly, it was 10x's better than drinking my electrolyte solution taste-wise, but I digress. About an hour later, I felt a miserable discomfort around my bladder area (low low abdomen) and even when I bent too far forward, it just felt awful. I chalked it up to not having much water (I drink a lot, but that day, I drank less than usual), but I've never felt that before under any circumstance. I'm afraid to try the vinegar again, but I noticed a bit of heartburn/acid reflux today.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Personally I don’t really worry too much about electrolytes on 24-48h fasts, I just add a pinch of low sodium salt to my water two or three times a day. On longer fasts will also supplement with a potassium tablet once a day. I also take magnesium once a day, every day even when I don’t fast.
My point is, try to cut the snake juice/electrolyte drink and see if it solves the problem. Not saying you don’t need electrolytes but maybe your drink is too strong and causing irritation.
Also something to consider is that lower abdomen pain could be a symptom of kidney stones so just be aware that is a possibility.
