If you want to eat for Christmas, I suggest breaking the fast at least a week prior to Christmas Eve to start slowly refreshing yourself. Start with juices, then soups, then soft veggies, the soft grains, then soft lean meats. If not, could be dangerous to just eat suddenly after 21 days of just water fasting.

I’m beginning another fast from Sunday night until Christmas eve. Breaking the fast will definitely be an interesting challenge considering the types of food that will be available at the party I’ll be attending.
