First goal- healthy relationship with food. UG -60kg. I am from north India where everyday meals are usually carb with carb and some more carb to end with. Will be on protein max food for next 3 meals before starting tomorrow.

Count me in! I did #NoFoodDecember last year but have fallen off the wagon ever since. But lately I’ve been working on myself and feel like I can finally maintain the weight loss, just need to lose it again, lol. I’m going on hikes weekly, eating smaller portions, and just being more active in general. I could use an extended fast once more to speed up my progress, so I’m game!

enjoy your last meal, eat slowly, take a picture, smell it and chew it slowly, focus on the meal, no screen while eating, be great-full to the animal you are eating if you eat meat, thanks the lord for this meal if you are a believer.

Hope I haven’t missed the train. Last meal was last night around this time, so roughly 24 hours in. I am hoping to push past 5 days, my longest fast was 72 hours about 2 weeks ago.

my advice is start to plan for a great last meal on sunday: i like to eat meat for that. Lately lamb is my best option, but i also did striploin or giant tbones of dry aged meat

I’ll join! Me, woman, 53, 5’4, worst weight 300 something, now 278. I live in the US and previously also lived in the US 💃🏻. I was born in Germany, but it feels like a bit of a cheat to say it since my parents were stationed over there.

I’m an experienced faster and have been IF 20:4 for about a month. Probably eating too much in that window so I haven’t lost much. I feel mentally ready to kind of kick this fats ass? So I’m excited to join 😃

Yep! I’m going to try to make it to 5 days. Last week I made it to 2 48 hour fasts. Something in me just told me to eat on Wednesday after a crazy stressful Tuesday. This next week though, Monday-Friday is it!

I broke it this evening. I forgot when I posted that this week (the 24th) was my dad’s 2 year anniversary since he passed, so I had a couple of drinks.

I’m going to keto this weekend, and start again this sunday.
