Fasting Variation

Hey all, I'm a 28F. I've been fasting for a little less than a year and have lost 35 lbs, mostly from occasional 72s and everyday OMAD. After reaching around 25% body fat I've been struggling to get the scale to move much more. I've read that sometimes fasting variation is a good way to break through a plateau. Does anyone have experience on this and recommend any particular routines?

I’ve noticed that there are definitely times when fasting seems to work better than other times. I’m not an expert by any means but I would not worry about the plateau or the scale at all and continue with whatever you’re doing. A better indicator, IMHO, is how you feel and how your clothes are fitting rather than the scale.

Just my 2 cents

It may be too early to tell since I’ve been doing rolling fasts for just a couple of months, but I haven’t hit a plateau yet. I may stall for a few days, but I haven’t reached anything that I would consider a plateau.
