Accountability post!
After a week of stress eating and gaining weight past what makes me feel comfortable, I'm using a quick solo vacation without family to reset. I'm giving to be gone for 4 days and will use the time to fast, recharge, relax and walk around a beautiful city I've never been to before. I'm looking forward to this chance to destress, get back on track, and save money I would otherwise have spent on food!

That sounds so great :) I’ve considered something similar a few times but get worried it will backfire because I’m so used to eating out at new places as an activity when I travel; but perhaps that’s more easily avoided since you’re traveling solo? Let us know how it goes or if you have any good insight/tips!
