Hello , Im a fat pig and need to lose bf 26 , 6ft1 , 350lbs ~45%bf Should i do rolling 24s with keto refeeds untill i can build up to 48s and 72s ? regards A fat fu ck

Hi! I’m a fat pig as well, but not as fat as I used to be. I had no issues jumping right into rolling 48s after years on SAD. The first one was a little rough as I had never done a 48 hr fast before, but they got easier. After a couple weeks I switched to 72s. I maintained this for 6 weeks and felt great. The key for me is snake juice. Great for fasting (and hangovers).

I find rolling 72s easier because after the 24 hours I’m not even hungry, then refeeding between 72s I’m still not hungry and sip bone broth then have protein and veggies, usually chicken and broccoli and cauliflower and if I feel I need something sweet on refeed I’ll eat some mixed berries, then back into rolling 72s. You got this shit fellow fatty 💪🏻

Just met a girl on r/fasting who did rolling 72s and she lost fifty pounds in a short amount of time. I think it’s best to just start and keep to 72s but throw in an occasional long fast. It’s really what works best for you but it seems incorporating it into a lifestyle seems to yield the best results. You already lost 50. Use that motivation to keep going. You got this..

You don’t “build up” to 48’s and 72’s, that’s the starting point, ESPECIALLY when you’re as obese as you are to put it bluntly.

Sometimes I get frustrating reading these posts, cus if you watch a single Cole video, you know 48-72 is the starting point.

For example, my go to fast is a 48 because after about 55ish hours it gets very intense for my body personally. Some people do very well with 72’s etc. your starting point is 48’s and 72’s, figure out what works best for your body and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.

Discomfort is NORMAL but if you feel like you’re going to pass out or just too weakjust break the fast. Break the fast gently with watermelon and Coconut water to hydrate you.

Also a fat pig here. I did the snake diet 2 years ago and then fell off and became fat again. Just restarted my life here 9 days ago in rolling 72s. Just go for walks when you think of food, it helps. I’m down 17.4 pounds so far.

To me it is easier not to eat then to limit my calorie intake. I am currently refeeding on 600 to 700 calories. Mainly hamburger, some broccoli, and 1 oz of cheese
