fatigue post refeed?

I just completed a 74 hour fast (YEEHAW) for my chronic illness. was it hell? yes. Did I finally reach that euphoric feeling of all my symptoms being lifted at around 70 hours? YES. Felt great and SO clear headed. I refed this morning at about 6:30 am with some soup and then a (takeaway) vegebowl with tahini cauliflour and some chicken, it was a big meal admittedly. Pretty healthy, I had an instant lethargy, I laid down for a bit and still felt empty so I had a bunch of blueberries, strawberries and some almond butter on GF bread. I've bene grazing throughout the day but just feel really fatigued. I guess it's normal? I want that 3rd day feeling back lol. I also really want to exercise again finally but feeling so dead.

So without carbs you felt good, but when you ate carbs you felt bad and you want to know how to feel good again? The answer is in the question.

If I eat keto after a long (3 day+ fast) I just about hover over the bed with energy. Probably the only time I get the correct nutrients into my cells :-(
