What’re your favorite apps to track your fasts?
Also, what time of day do you prefer to have your eating window? I often skip breakfast so I’ve been going to work and fasting during the day and eating when I get home. This seems to work for me. But the apps I have tried seem to really encourage a morning eating window. Advice? I am new to all this but finding it extremely helpful so far! I have celiac disease and PMDD so already feeling more level headed and less bloated.

I just put a tick for everyday of successful IF on the ‘Habit Now’ app. My eating window is 1 to 9 pm. I drink 3 cups of black coffee (200 ml each) in the morning.
Zero app is good to track hours. And also, an app called ‘fasting’ with a red colored logo and a white fork. However, I don’t track hours anymore, I simply follow the eating window.
