How’re you doing on electrolytes? Sodium? Potassium? Magnesium? Calcium? I supplement those from the very first day because my stomach is really finicky. Seems to help prevent the queasy feeling and the super shaky adrenaline spikes. Not sure if it’s necessary to supplement them all. But I take one pill that combines them and it’s working for me. Also, do you drink coffee or tea? I usually cut my coffee to half or a quarter of what I’m used to. My tummy can’t handle it black AND I get too shaky.
