Fell Off Radar

Fell off the radar, the past 2 months. I have surprisingly only gained back 1.5 kgs however, I feel very unhealthy and tired all the time eating within a 12h eating window. I am starting off with 22:2 fast not for weightloss but to kick-start my journey and to ensure that I will only opt for healthier food options during the 2h eating window. Once I feel that I can control my impulses to binge eat out of boredom or stress, I will scale it back to 20:4 with ocassional 36h fasts. If you are feeling lost recently, I hope you can work towards finding your motivation again. You can work your way up by starting at 14h or 16h fasts.

Answer

You should not do this, because it is bad for you in other ways: When binge tendency starts creeping in, I can usually fight it by going to tanning saloon once or twice. (Not sure if a lack of sun/vitamin D is supposed to work like that, but it seems to work so I do it.)

But that is not enough for me if it is stress related. Eliminating toxic friends (and employers) is super important for IF success, if you ask me.
