Great work on the 48, that’s the hard bit.
I’d try pushing it out for your next one, it’s downhill after 48 and it gets so much easier once you’ve already done it.
Autophagy starts about 24-48 hours, I personally only aim for 48+ (currently 116 ongoing) if I’m doing an extended fast, but I’m OMAD 20/4 the rest of the time, I stick in the extended fast to help me reach goals and sometimes just cause I can.
