First day

Hey all. Today is my first day doing omad. I am 31 female I weigh 200lbs. For the past year I’ve been trying to eat better, add more nutrients to my diet, exercise a lot more and I haven’t seen any results. This morning I did some research on how many calories I should be consuming a day according to my weight/bmi/bmr. So I figured the easiest way for me to do this is to just eat all the calories in one meal. Counting/measuring how many calories I eat everyday throughout the day would be too much work. So I decided to do omad IF. I’ll post some before and after pics in a few months and an update on how it’s going! Thx for reading :)

Weight loss is 90% diet.

Try to ease off the carbs and increase the protein and fat. Keto diet will help IF.

Reduce the sugar intake in drinks and food. Try to wean off it over a few weeks.

Add some high intensity interval training to your exercise regimen.
