First day of IF!

Today is my very first day with intermittent fasting! I used to struggle with EDs and in recovery from that, I overshot my weight goal a bit. So I’m trying to lose just a bit of fat. However, apart from aesthetic results, I’m so excited to see how IF makes me feel in general. My window is noon to 8 pm. I’ve struggled a lot with waking up in the middle of the night and eating, so it’s not going to be easy, but I’m hopeful.

I’m in a similar boat! Definitely prioritize actually eating in your eating window!! We are always in recovery. Be diligent.

I literally just started yesterday and im pretty excited about it! Im doing 14:10 because im a beginner and also knew doing too much too fast could be a trigger. So far so good! I feel good and it’s great to have a food schedule for me.
