Nothing to prepare in my opinion. Just keep your electrolytes up if you are getting a headache. Sprinkle some salt under your tongue. Be careful of drinking so much water that you flush out your electrolytes.
I didn’t prepare either, even if it is recommended by most. Do whatever you feel comfortable with! I’m also the type of person that jumps right into stuff, like fasting. I’m all or nothing. I say, good for you! Keep going! Just keep listening to your body. Best of luck. ✌️
