First time fasting!

So it’s day 1 - I started today. The last time I weighed myself a couple weeks ago I was 191 lbs. I’m not sure how long I’ll last. But not sure if anyone else wants to join? Or even send some motivation this way! Day 1 - BORED. Work wasn’t so bad. Had black coffee all day. But being at home now is the hardest part. I’d usually find myself in the kitchen snacking before the wife has made dinner. She doesn’t actually believe I’m doing this. But let’s see! Time currently 19:23 another hunger pang. Last two hunger pangs at 12:00 and 14:30. Just had coffee instead. Will be testing with Ketosticks to see when I hit Ketosis. SW 191lbs height 5ft 7 Thanks for dropping by!

I have been in my water fast for two days NEVER FELT BETTER good luck man only been doing this for two days but it is a life changer I don’t crave food at all I am hunger but don’t crave weird but true if you think the first day was bad (hunger wise) WAIT FOR THE SECOND after the third I hear it is a breeze tho so there is that I weight 207 and I am 5 foot 7 inches my goal is 7 days

I started today, and had to have some peanuts an hour ago. I’m 32, around 181lb, 5’2”. Really hoping I can push through this and stick to it for as long as possible. Would absolutely love to drop weight, am on keto as well but I think my problem is I don’t eat enough tbh I dont have the appetite for a meal every day. My main problem is I am inactive, with social anxiety. I guess I should make use of my stairs and run up and down a few times a day for some activity 😂😂 good luck to you and all 😊☺

I stopped at day three felt dizzy did not want to push my body with this being the first fasting I did want push myself and your supposed to take pink salt with water which I have not been doing I will take two week break and go at it again for 5-7 days but went from 207-196 SOOOO damn 3 days later have not gain a pound when I broke it tho ate a whole watermelon
