So I just need some confirmation that what Iβ€˜m doing is Good and helping my body. Normal day for me looks like skipping breakfast, light working out in the morning. Lots of water, some with fresh lemon and always one Espresso to kick things of. First meal Usually around 12 pm. After that a 2km walk. And then my last meal always before 8pm so I have a 16 hour fast. Jogging and working out is Mostly part of the evening aswell. So what can I do better or what am I doing wrong ?

It’s good ! Unless you eat lots of unhealthy food and snack between meals. In the end, it’s all Calories In Calories Out. A smaller feeding window (8 hours in your case) can help reducing calories you consume (because you have less time to consume them). But if you overeat and consume more calories than your body burns, you can still gain weight, even doing IF.
