Day 1, 2, and 3 are tough. After that it actually gets easier as you are in ketosis and your cravings go away.
I reccomend regularly watching videos and reading about all the benifits when it gets hard. I have done a week before. Starting what I hope will be a longer one (2 weeks to a month) today.
Your blood pressure will drop so stand up slowly and don’t do high intensity exercise after day 2.
Fill up the time you would be going to get food with something positive.
