WOW! First and foremost you are a rockstar for staying that dedicated. I know that wasn’t easy but you did it!I have a 13 month old and was unable to make it work long term.
My starting weight was close to yours as is my goal weight and height. I have been on and off IF for awhile but after my little got more mobile I knew I had to start again so I went hard back into as of recently and it has definitely paid off.
My advice is as follows:
Lastly, dedicate your body to your little in a different way now. You spent all that time producing and it’s a superpower. Take all that energy and focus it at,” im doing this to be healthy so we can live healthy active lives. My little needs my body in a different way now and I’m dedicated to making my body the best body I can for them. I need to be kind to myself and understand this is a process.” YOU GOT THIS! From one momma to another I believe in you!
As a breastfeeding mom I wish you all the best! Hands down the hardest part for me is not being able to lose the baby weight due to me having to eat constantly for my supply to stay up.
Good luck! Enjoy having your body back to yourself 🖤
My advice to you is to power through for a week or two.
If you’re still experiencing hunger pains a couple weeks in, don’t feel ashamed or even like you failed, if you have a light salad or something for dinner.
My other bit of advice would be to track your calories for fear of too few. I’m at my GW, and realized I needed to get off of IF when we started eating healthier and I noticed my caloric intake was averaging under 1000 a day. I went from dieting to starving myself. Don’t be me.
