I haven’t started IF yet but I’m considering. I’ve made half-assed attempts then felt exhausted and binged. When does this energy kick come along? Maybe if I had an expected timeframe I could stick it out?
Yayy!! Good job on killing the first week!! I think the fact that new diets sometimes tend to feel like a mountain to overcome, puts people off or gets them discouraged!
If IF allows you to keep going by just making small tweaks here and there, I think it will be much more sustainable in the long run. I am 3 weeks in and have been pleasantly surprised to have achievable this feels.
