Fluctuating between 98kg and 100kg for months

Hey, I started IF in May of last year and for the first 2 or 3 months I was losing around 4 kilos a month which slowed down to maybe 2 kilos every 2 months. I started at 110kg and for the past 4 or so months I haven't been able to get below 98kg. Been working out at least 3 times a week (pilates and body weight exercises) and I walk about 6-8K steps a day. Hardly eat fast food or sugary things (except when I'm on my period but the weight always goes back to normal once its over) I thought I just needed to be patient and eventually it'll come down but it just refuses to go below 98 and it's a bit disheartening. I have no idea what to do and this is the only diet that has ever worked for me. I fast for between 18-20 hours, and I'll fast for 24 hours at least once a week. Any suggestions?

OP, first of all, congrats on your progress so far!Do you count your calories intake or do you just eyeball it? Actually counting can be a game changer in your journey. Some things which we wouldn’t expect to be, are super high in calories.

Also should mention I eat around the same amount as before or slightly less. Had a really weird episode about 2 weeks ago of having no appetite for over a week and couldn’t really eat a meal for days. Since then I can’t really eat much. Usually just eat one meal a day and have a small snack

How old and tall are you? Do you know your body fat percentage? Honestly, 100kg (220 lbs) is a pretty healthy weight and - depending on your height and age - you may simply not have much more (if any) fat to lose.
