Food for Lent

I’m giving up food for lent and plan to commit to fasting for 40-46 days. Essentially the duration of Lent. I bought electrolyte packs and plan to drink those along with water, collagen, and mios. If and when I do get hungry at night. I plan to drink chicken broth or liquid based soups. Oh and coffee! Coffee will be consumed by me, geez how’d I forget coffee… The longest I’ve fasted in the past was 9 days straight. I also read recently that cutting calories and fasting provides Anti-aging benefits. Any advice is welcome! Are you giving up anything for lent? If you currently fasting or starting your fasting journey? How is it going?

Have you tried clean fasting? I have been a dirty faster for a while but tried clean fasting and WHOA such a difference. Basically zero cravings.

What is your hope for this fast?
