I mean it can be anything from your macros to your weight, not enough protein or too many carbs can be the culprit in as much as you think you are focusing properly on this. Much easier to lose weight if having more to lose, without your stats, age, weight and height it is hard to tell. Hydration, sodium, hormones, so many things to be honest your exercise schedule could do a bit more cardio especially if your body is already used to this and you want to lose weight but again hard to tell without more details.
My initial thought is that you are turning the fat into muscle, which weighs more.
Is your waist slimmer? Muscles bigger?
I switched my weight lifting to high intensity interval training, but I’ve plateaued in my weight loss for this reason because I’m gaining muscle in the interim.
