One thing I do is I keep pre-made keto pizzas and things that mimic cheap food in my fridge already made. That way next time you want a pizza it’s not really too bad because the carbohydrates aren’t high.. always have things nearby you that won’t throw you out of ketosis too bad and will satisfy those cravings. Now get back on a 48 hour fast and kick some ass!! 👊💪🐍🐍🐍
The best thing about fasting is one bad day doesn’t ruin weeks or even months of progress. Imagine doing an standard safe 500 calorie daily deficit diet. You’d be screwed. But not this time. You’re a snake and now that you’re topped off you can just restart the fast and go even longer now. Try a 96 hour or 120 hour this time. Besides, one whole pizza can’t have more than 3k calories depending on what toppings you had and if you believe Domino’s nutrition info.
