Your body should work just fine if not better when fasting as long as you have energy for your body to use (stored). If you feel bad, stop. If you can’t walk your dog, stop. Make sure you understand refeeding first.
Im currently doing a 30 day water fast and a concurrent 90 day juice fast. While i have done several 30 day fast this will be a first as far as the 90 days liquid only (thinking green juice and broth during the last 60 days). Ironically, my energy levels and mental clarity go way up about week 2 (and stay up) focus is on point. Walking will still be a breeze as ketones burn much more efficiently than glusose (think gas engine glucose vs. diesel engine ketones). I think it will actually benefit you at work. There is science behind it but Im not that dude to dive that deep. All I know is things get way better that we dont necessarily think about.
