Severely fell off the wagon. Quit smoking weed back in August. Stress from family and new job. Ex partner dragging me through legal shit. Getting back to it because looking pretty makes me feel pretty. Fix the inside fix the outside. My meal plan tonight is: Two open face burgers πŸ” on GF English muffins. Mayo + BBQ. Slaw. Arugula. 2oz beef patties. A grilled chz with tomatoes πŸ… arugula and oregano Had a banana 🍌 and β˜•οΈ this AM and a lot yesterday 😬 ive been ravenous lately. Going to start posting my meals here for support and accountability. Goal: 1200 calories -> safe for me I'm pretty small.

No worries! You know how it works now, you can nail this✨ I love to focus on eating MORE fruits and veggies, it’s hard to eat too many calories on greenery. Thinking about restricting food just makes me kind of obsessed about it and then I just fail. So now I have salad and frozen berries with everything. And especially green apples are so filling. And then all I can think is that I feel full all the time and I can think about other stuff.
