What everyone here always forgets is to come up with a maintenance plan for after you’ve reached your goal! Make sure you think it over before you hit your goal again. Whether it’s healthy eating habits, monthly 3 day fasts, OMAD, or my personal preference: fasting one day a week indefinitely.
Me too, I was 122 kilos and with keto and fasting went down to 69 kilos, covid ruined everything my weight is now 85 because I relied on fast food in large quantities in one meal with fasting , My diet and sleep became a problem as I eat carbohydrates after long fasting which spike my insulin too much and then I feel tired and foggy ,after awhile my insulin resistance came back , The only solution that works now is to focus on the diet and not think about fasting or exercise, just eat my keto meals with a lot of fat at specific time daily even if I don’t feel hungry to reprogram my body and so far this is successful and I don’t think about fast food or sweets for two weeks
