I’m on 134 hrs of my fast and play Valorant. I don’t really notice a difference. My first games are usually bad but after a warm-up session it usually corrects itself. I don’t really experience any type of brain fog either but I think it’s because I’m pretty good with my electrolyte supplementation.
Although I will say that the first 2-3 days of my fast make it hard for me to concentrate because I get cravings but once I get past that “hump” my brain feels like it’s back to normal.
Ketosis is better for me vs junk food.
If you feel sleepy after carbs it should be the same for you.
Just not on a high carb diet ( 80-10-10 ). After the initial month of getting sleepy after a meal it goes away and energy is even better than keto.
Now i do omad so its 23 hours every day.
When i do 60 hours the first day is fine, the second is not.
